CASH PLAN
Pay cash and get a 5% discount on the listed purchase price. This is in addition to the $1,000 discount if you apply online.
1-YEAR PLAN
Pay a deposit of 20% of the plot price. Pay the balance over 12 equal, monthly instalments in interest free.
2-YEAR PLAN
Pay a deposit of 20% of the plot price. Pay the balance over 24 equal, monthly instalments with interest charged at 5%.
3- OR 5-YEAR PLAN
Pay a deposit of 20% of the plot price. Pay the balance over 36 or 60 monthly instalments with interest charged at 7%.
